What you Need to Know About the Praxis
While you can be provisionally accepted into DREAM-Math, in order to be unconditionally accepted into the master’s degree program and complete your internship, you will need to achieve an acceptable score on the Praxis II Exam for Mathematics (5165).
What you Can Do
Sign up for free resources on this page.
Select “Mathematics (5165)” for “PDF Interest” and enter your email address.
Assess your readiness
The Study Companion will help you to assess your readiness. This includes an outline of the content and some sample test items. Also, ETS provides an official practice test for $20.
Develop a Study Plan
The email they send you will include a link to a Study Plan template help you to devise a plan for preparing.
Additional Supports
Study books are available from the DREAM-Math office on request; just contact us! We can also arrange tutoring sessions as needed.
Once you feel comfortable with the content, you should register for the exam.
